About Elena

Elena has spent more than ten years working on workplace law issues, moving between private practice and in-house positions. Her advice covers investigations at work, terminations, accommodation requests, drafting policies, and collective bargaining, delivered in a straightforward and practical style. She joined the Law Society of Ontario in 2012 and the Law Society of B.C. the following year. Elena holds a JD from the University of Western Ontario and a BA from York University, and she sits on the board of the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association. She is part of the firm's e2r team, which provides ongoing employment and HR guidance for a flat monthly fee.
