Employment & Labour LawStephanie is a partner in McInnes Cooper's St. John's office, practising exclusively in management-side labour and employment law. She handles grievance and interest arbitration, human rights matters, wrongful dismissal claims and judicial reviews, and regularly advises employers on collective agreement interpretation, labour relations, employee discipline and workplace accommodation. She has delivered labour and employment seminars for a range of employers and is ranked by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in Labour (Management) and by Best Lawyers in Canada. Stephanie earned her law degree at the University of New Brunswick in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in French at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2009 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, having chaired its provincial labour and employment section.
