About Jennifer

Jennifer Taylor is an associate at Stewart McKelvey in Halifax, focused on health law, professional regulation, administrative and constitutional law, and commercial litigation, including domestic and international arbitration. She advises health care institutions and regulated professionals, such as physicians and nurses, on licensing, regulatory investigations, disciplinary proceedings and practice transitions. Jennifer was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and the Nova Scotia bar in 2013, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University (2008) and a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge (2011). She has received the CBA Nova Scotia Constance R. Glube Spirit Award and the Zöe Odei Young Lawyers Award, and is active in the arts community and reproductive rights advocacy.
