About Stephanie
Stephanie M. Scamman is an Associate Attorney in Green and Spiegel's Orlando office, where her practice centers on extraordinary ability immigrant visas, nonimmigrant visas and national interest waivers for athletes and other sports industry professionals. Her interest in this area grew out of her own athletic background, having competed at the collegiate level in both basketball and track and field. She graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School, where her studies examined the intersection of law and amateur and professional sports, and she wrote her law review paper on gender equality in the NIL era of collegiate athletics. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Occidental College in 2013 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2023.
