About Tsvetomira

Tsvetomira is an associate whose practice covers estate, trust, and capacity disputes, including will challenges, power of attorney conflicts, guardianship applications, dependant relief claims, executor removal, and breach of trust and accounting matters. She has experience administering estates during litigation, including high-net-worth, international, and Indigenous estate matters, and takes a practical, cost-conscious approach to resolving high-conflict files.
