About Madison

Madison Howell is a Toronto-based family lawyer, collaborative practitioner and family mediator with Resolve. She works with clients navigating separation as well as those starting new relationships, focusing on understanding each family's underlying issues and working toward practical, tailored solutions. Before joining Resolve, Madison was a litigation associate at a national Bay Street firm, where she advocated on behalf of clients at Ontario's Superior Court, its Court of Appeal, and a number of administrative tribunals. That litigation experience led her toward a more settlement-oriented practice built around collaborative law and mediation. During law school at Western, Madison received the Dean Ivan C. Rand Society Award and the Rawal Family Scholarship, and served as Co-President of Western's OUTLaws, promoting inclusion for LGBTQIA2S+ students.
