About Stacey

Stacey Bantos practises primarily in business law, supporting colleagues across a range of civil and commercial matters, including commercial litigation, estates law and commercial law. She completed her law degree at the Université de Montréal in 2020, followed by a J.D. in common law, and articled at BLP Avocats before being called to the Quebec Bar in 2021. She has worked on matters including a complex shareholder dispute over a trust structure, a majority shareholder conflict in a business valued at $15 million, hidden-defect claims against contractors, a franchise buyout, and a construction dispute involving multiple insurers. She is a member of the Junior Bar of Montreal, the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal, and the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal.
