About Konstantino

Konstantino Dean Psycharis co-founded BLP Avocats in 2021, building it into a growing group of professionals representing hundreds of companies across Canada and abroad. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, financing and real estate. He advises business owners and management teams across a range of sectors and sits on several external boards, where he advises on governance and compliance. He is co-chair of the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce of Montreal, a member of the Junior Bar of Montreal, and a member of the M&A Club of Canada. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2016 and the Ontario Bar in 2024, and holds an LL.B. from the Université du Québec à Montréal (2015) and a J.D. in common law from the Université de Montréal (2019).
