About Marie

Marie L'Allier practises business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and employment law. She advises companies, shareholders and executives on complex transactions and strategic mandates, drawing on her civil and commercial litigation experience to anticipate disputes and structure practical solutions. Her work includes share and asset purchases, corporate reorganizations, and employment matters, and she holds a FIFA agent's licence that allows her to represent professional athletes and soccer clubs in Canada and internationally. She is a member of the Junior Bar of Montreal, the M&A Club, the Canadian Bar Association, and Women in Sports Law, and mentors through HEC Montréal's Espace Leadership Féminin sports program.
