About Nektaria

Nektaria Fragos represents borrowers and institutional and private lenders in drafting and negotiating loan and security documents for middle-market transactions, and advises clients on complex reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Before joining the firm, Fragos practised business, banking and finance law at an international law firm. Fragos is a member of the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, the M&A Club of Canada, and Young Canadians in Finance.
