About Simon

Simon Chénard was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2014, holding a Bachelor of Laws and an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke, both completed in 2013. He practises commercial law, corporate law and real estate law at Langlois Avocats, assisting entrepreneurs with startup guidance, business acquisitions and sales, financing and corporate reorganization. A significant part of his practice involves advising technology companies, and he also handles regulatory matters including the language charter, carbon markets and alcoholic beverages.
