About Lee

Lee Rapkin articled at BLP Avocats and was called to the bar in January 2024. She began her practice in litigation, with a particular interest in civil law, trademarks and intellectual property, and now works mainly on general civil and commercial litigation, employment law, and trademarks and intellectual property. She holds a legal technician diploma from Collège O'Sullivan, a bachelor's degree in sociology and political science from Concordia University, and a law degree from the University of Ottawa. Her work has included drafting pleadings and demand letters, representing clients before the Superior Court and Court of Québec, handling residential disputes before the Régie du logement, and preparing trademark registration filings. She is a member of the Société des plaideurs and the Junior Bar of Montreal.
