About Nushrah
Nushrah Amod is an associate at Torys LLP practicing corporate and commercial law with a focus on technology and emerging companies. Her corporate work includes advising high-growth businesses on venture capital financings, corporate governance and M&A transactions. Her commercial practice centers on drafting and negotiating technology agreements, including software licensing, service and development arrangements. Amod served as Equity Officer for Osgoode Hall Law School's student government and worked as a case worker at Osgoode's Mediation Clinic and Parkdale Community Legal Services. She volunteers with the Law in Action Within Schools program.
