About Louis

Louis Linteau has been in private practice for more than 50 years, focusing on business law, particularly corporate law, commercial law, distribution law and competition law. He has taught at the Barreau du Québec's professional training school and for professional orders, and has handled numerous international files, drawing on his fluency in French, English and Spanish. He has been a trademark agent since 1976 and has advised on major institutional and commercial construction projects, corporate reorganizations, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a member of the Association des juristes pour l'avancement de la vie artistique and the Association littéraire et artistique internationale, and sits on the board of the Regroupement des artistes en arts visuels.
