About Sophia
Sophia Starcevic is a corporate, business, and real estate lawyer at GGFI Law. Her practice covers residential and commercial real estate deals as well as a wide range of corporate and commercial work, including business formations and incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, contract drafting and review, and general business advisory services. She works with clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, from start-ups to established companies, offering practical advice tailored to each client's goals. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020, having completed an Honours B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy at McMaster University before law school.
