About Duncan

Duncan Henderson practises as an associate lawyer, focusing on real estate, business and corporate law, and wills and estate administration. He began his career at the firm as a corporate clerk, then as a Law Practice Program candidate, before moving into his current associate role. He enjoys helping clients with estate planning, advising business owners at various stages, and guiding individuals and families through real estate deals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He grew up mostly in West Grey and outside work enjoys golfing and spending time on the water.
