Enzo Di Iorio is the Chair of Miller Thomson and previously served as Managing Partner of the Vaughan office. He advises clients across litigation and risk, M&A, commercial and real estate transactions, financings, governance, and estate and tax planning, and has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario on commercial and construction litigation. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1995 and holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
