About William

William is a partner whose practice focuses on the business of land development law, including financing, acquisition, limited partnerships, joint ventures and co-ownerships. He also has extensive experience in business and real estate law, from acquisitions and divestitures to shareholder agreements and complex financing. He earned an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990 and was called to the bar in 1992. He previously served as CEO of Skate Canada for six years.
