About Gurminder

Gurminder Singh joined GGFI as an articling student and returned as an associate after his call to the bar. His practice centres on corporate-commercial law and also includes real estate and wills, trusts and estates, assisting with business purchases and sales, reorganizations, shareholder and partnership agreements, licensing, and franchising. He obtained his LL.B. with distinction and completed two Master of Laws degrees at Osgoode Hall, including one in international business law.
