Jennifer Mohomed-Indarsingh
Jennifer Mohomed-Indarsingh is an associate with several years of civil litigation experience, particularly in estate and power of attorney litigation, employment law, real estate, contractual disputes, and negligence, and she's appeared at all levels of court including the Court of Appeal. She has also extended her practice into family law. She obtained her LL.B. with honours and an LL.M. in corporate and commercial law from the University of the West Indies, was called to the Trinidad and Tobago Bar in 2007, and to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
