About Robert

Robert Graham practices corporate and commercial law at SV Law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, commercial contract drafting, corporate restructuring, and business succession planning. He also represents commercial and residential property owners in acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing, and advises on estate planning and administration. Robert was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and a psychology degree from the University of Guelph, and he later completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Wellington County Law Association, and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves on the board of Guelph General Hospital. Robert has written on topics including farm contracts and powers of attorney for publications such as Better Farming and AGProud.com.
