Soniya Ponniah focuses on employment and human rights law, handling wrongful and constructive dismissals, workplace discrimination, harassment, employment-related disability matters, and wage disputes. She has experience before the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and is an active member of the Tamil Bar Association.
