Lecker & Associates is a Toronto area employment and disability law firm that has represented employees exclusively for more than 40 years. The firm is based in North York, in the Hullmark Corporate Centre on Yonge Street, and serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area plus Hamilton and Ottawa without opening additional branch offices in those cities. Its lawyers handle wrongful and constructive dismissal, severance negotiations, workplace harassment, disability benefit denials, and layoffs affecting workers aged 55 and older.

The firm's principal, Bram A. Lecker, was called to the bar in Ontario in 1984 after earning a B.A. (Honours) in Canadian Studies from York University and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. Lecker also teaches paralegal students at Humber and Seneca Colleges and represented the plaintiff in Keenan v. Canac Kitchens, a landmark case about the rights of dependent contractors that fed into discussion of Ontario's Bill 148.
