Allyson Fischer is a partner in Mathews Dinsdale's Toronto office with more than twenty years of experience litigating commercial employment matters. Her practice covers a wide range of injunctions, from restrictive covenants and breach of confidence to Mareva injunctions and labour injunctions restricting picketing. She regularly represents clients in wrongful dismissal claims involving senior executives and in commercial disputes such as partnership and shareholder disagreements.
