About Bram

Bram A. Lecker is the Principal of Lecker & Associates and has spent over 40 years exclusively representing employees in Ontario in wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, and denial of disability benefits matters. He was part of the legal team in Keenan v. Canac Kitchens (2016), a landmark case that secured the highest-ever compensation for a wrongfully dismissed 'independent contractor' and helped shape Ontario's Bill 148. He has appeared before provincial and federal courts and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, instructs paralegal programs at Humber and Seneca Colleges, and has contributed to the Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, National Post, Maclean's, and CBC Radio, among others.
