About Zane

Zane Roth is an associate at Aaron Waxman & Associates. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from York University in 2004 and went on to graduate from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007. After law school, he spent a year in Ottawa as a law clerk with the Federal Court of Canada, assisting judges on cases largely involving judicial review of administrative decisions. Before joining Aaron Waxman & Associates in 2013, Zane worked in the personal injury and civil litigation group at a mid-size Toronto firm, focusing on personal injury and insurance matters. He has appeared before the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and other tribunals. His practice today covers employment law along with long-term and short-term disability claims, car accident claims, brain injury claims, slip and fall claims, and other personal injury matters. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
