About Caroline
Caroline Ursulak has specialized in labour and employment law for over two decades, called to the Ontario Bar in 1997 after graduating from the University of Toronto Law School in 1995. She spent her first ten years at two large national firms before establishing her own practice in 2005. Her practice covers the full range of workplace issues from hiring to firing, including contract drafting, disciplinary matters, accommodation issues, and wrongful dismissal litigation, and she has appeared before tribunals and courts including the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Court of Appeal.
