About Caroline

Caroline Ursulak has practised labour and employment law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 1997, after a decade in the labour and employment departments of two national firms representing employers. She established her own practice in 2005. Her work spans the full employment relationship, from drafting employment and executive contracts to advising on disability management, accommodation, human rights, workers' compensation, and employment standards claims, as well as settlement negotiations and wrongful dismissal litigation. She has appeared before the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and Ontario's Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal.
