About Claudio
Claudio Vitullo has practised law since 1994, focusing exclusively on employment and labour law. He studied at York University, the University of Toronto, and McGill University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991. His practice centers on workplace issues, including advocating for disabled workers and executives before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal, and negotiating and litigating termination packages. He has appeared at all levels of court except the Supreme Court of Canada and represents professionals, including numerous teachers, before their professional advisory boards. He spent several years representing one of Canada's largest teachers' unions and served on a school board's Union Grievance Committee. In 2020 he expanded his practice to include family law and estates law. He provides services in French and holds federal government accreditation as bilingual.
