About Kimberley
Kimberley Sebag focuses on employee advocacy and wrongful dismissal litigation, representing clients at all levels of the Ontario court system including the Court of Appeal. In 2021 she successfully argued Iriotakis v. Peninsula Employment Services Limited, a leading Ontario case on the deductibility of CERB from damages for reasonable notice, which has since been cited in more than sixteen subsequent cases. She also argued Jean-Sebastien Leroux v. Proex Inc. (2022) and served as co-counsel at the Court of Appeal in Pavlov v. The New Zealand and Australian Lamb Company Limited (2022).
