About Simran

Simran Sandhu grew up in Chilliwack, BC and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan before earning her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. She completed her articles at Stern Shapray Criminal Lawyers before starting her practice with the firm. Her practice focuses on defending adults and youth against Criminal Code and Motor Vehicle Act charges, and she has experience with driving prohibitions, record suspensions, and destruction of non-conviction records. She frequently works with clients who are not Canadian citizens and is familiar with the immigration consequences a criminal conviction can carry.
