About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Daly grew up in Coquitlam, BC and completed her undergraduate studies in Connecticut, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice while competing as a four-year NCAA Division I ice hockey athlete. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in Kamloops, where she played for the TRU Lawggers ice hockey team, volunteered as a TRU Law Ambassador, and co-founded the Criminal Law Club's Mock Bail Hearing Competition. She worked as a summer student at Stern Shapray during law school and completed her articles with the firm before starting her practice as a criminal defence lawyer. Her practice covers criminal and quasi-criminal charges across BC, including matters under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and the Motor Vehicle Act, as well as administrative law matters such as driving prohibitions, record suspension applications, and security clearance letters.
