About Sandra

Sandra Jennings has practised family law for 30 years, focusing on resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and collaborative law, with an emphasis on practical, cost-effective solutions for post-separation family matters and child-related outcomes. Her experience covers adoption, divorce, parenting plans, support issues, and property division. She is an accredited Family Law Mediator, Parenting Coordinator, and Family Law Arbitrator with the Law Society of BC, a qualified Child Interviewer, and a Collaborative Lawyer. She received her LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1987, was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1990, and holds certifications in collaborative law, family law mediation, family law arbitration, and parenting coordination.
