About Alex

Alex Bayley practises primarily in commercial litigation at DuMoulin Boskovich, focusing on business and real estate disputes, strata law, construction, leases, shareholder disputes, employment law, insurance coverage, and debt collection. He has appeared in all three levels of court in BC and represents commercial and residential realtors before the BC Financial Services Authority. Alex articled at the firm and joined as an associate in 2008, earning his Bachelor of Commerce (with honours) in 2004 and his Bachelor of Laws in 2007, both from UBC.
