About John
John Vamplew is a Partner at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 1995 and the Northwest Territories Bar in 2002. He holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. He handles complex insurance coverage, subrogation and property damage disputes, including fire loss, product liability and class action claims, and co-founded the firm's Subrogation Practice Group after previously chairing its Insurance Coverage group. Legally blind himself, he co-founded the firm's Disability & Inclusion Committee, and he completed mediation training at Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University's Straus Institute.
