About Jennifer

Jennifer Currie studied Criminology and Philosophy at Simon Fraser University before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2009. She joined Stern Shapray Criminal Lawyers for her articles and has remained with the firm since being called to the bar in 2010. She represents clients at the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal levels on matters including impaired driving, weapons charges, drug charges, assault, and fraud, and has handled cases ranging from first-degree murder to driving while prohibited. She also maintains an administrative law practice focused on 90-day Immediate Roadside Prohibitions under the Motor Vehicle Act.
