About Laura
Laura Danton practises in commercial lending, corporate/commercial mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and development, and securities and corporate finance. During law school she held leadership roles with the Allard Law Women's Caucus, including Suit Up Campaign Organizer and Executive Director of Communications, and served as Assistant Editor at the UBC Law Review. Her background includes research experience with a technology consulting firm and prior work at a family law practice. She holds a J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law (2023) and a BA from Western University (2020), and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2024.
