About Aaron
Aaron Maister practices corporate and commercial law, wills and estate planning, and real estate law. Aaron works with financial planners, accountants, and other stakeholders on estate and succession planning strategies to structure assets, minimize tax consequences, and preserve wealth across generations, and assists clients with residential and commercial real estate, refinancing, and debt restructuring. Prior to law school, Aaron worked in a family business, gaining an understanding of challenges facing businesses of all sizes. Aaron was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2016, holding a J.D. from the University of Manitoba (2015) and a B.Comm. from the University of Manitoba, and serves on the executive of the Manitoba Bar Association's Wills, Estates and Trusts Subsection Committee.
