About Andrew
Andrew Buck is a partner at Pitblado Law with a business law practice focused on electronic commerce, privacy, data protection, access to information, anti-spam law compliance, and intellectual property. He advises private sector businesses and public bodies, including clients located outside Manitoba or Canada who need help managing Canadian resident personal information, and is a frequent speaker and media commentator on privacy and data protection. Buck received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2009, was awarded the University Gold Medal for the highest standing in the Bachelor of Laws program, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2010. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Winnipeg (2003) and a Creative Communications Diploma from Red River College (2002).
