About Scott

Scott J. Hoeppner is a partner at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP focused primarily on labour and employment law and business law, advising on employment and labour relations matters, terminations, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, and proceedings before labour boards and human rights tribunals. He manages the firm's Pembina Valley office, acts as a workplace investigator, and provides corporate, commercial, and real estate advice while serving as a local access point for Winnipeg office services. Hoeppner joined TDS as a summer student in 2006, articled in 2007, became an associate in 2008, and made partner in 2016.
