About Simran

Simran Joshi brings an analytical, problem-solving approach to complex insolvency matters. Her practice centers on corporate restructuring under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, and she represents debtor companies, court-appointed officers, directors and officers, and creditors. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western University Faculty of Law, where her achievements included the Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt Diverse Scholars Award, the Insolvency Institute of Canada Prize in Insolvency Studies, and the SABA Student Recognition Award. She joined Reconstruct LLP as an associate after completing her articles at the firm.
