About Kim

Kim Mullin is a partner at Wood Bull LLP practicing municipal law and land use planning for both private and public sector clients. She regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal, as well as committees of adjustment and municipal councils, and she advises on jurisdictional and constitutional issues, bad faith claims, election matters, and access to information requests. Her land use planning work spans minor variance applications, land severances, official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, and site plan approvals. She has also built particular experience in aggregate resources, including licensing and environmental issues under Ontario's regulatory scheme for the aggregate industry. Kim earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and a B.A. from the University of Waterloo in 1994, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.
