About Silvia

Silvia Badea joined Stern Shapray in 2021 after spending over three years as a prosecutor and legal clerk at District Attorney's offices in Oregon, where she focused on domestic violence, firearms offences, and manslaughter matters and conducted numerous trials, including jury trials. Since returning to British Columbia, she has continued to focus on defending clients facing serious criminal charges, including adults and youths across BC, as well as Motor Vehicle Act charges.
