About Glen

Glen Orris, K.C. has over five decades of experience in criminal law and is one of British Columbia's most respected defence lawyers, having represented clients in some of Canada's most high-profile and complex cases and appeared at every level of court up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his law degree from the University of Manitoba and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1973, and was appointed King's Counsel in 1988. He is a past president of the Vancouver Bar Association, a former executive member of the Canadian Bar Association, and a longtime legal educator who has taught advocacy for the Continuing Legal Education Society and served as a discussion leader for the Inns of Court Project.
