About Sender

Sender Tator is a partner at Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP who has spent more than 25 years practicing estates, trusts, and guardianship litigation. He was drawn to the field because of the personal dimension it brings to legal work, and he takes an assertive approach aimed at practical outcomes for clients navigating complicated family situations. Sender earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. He chairs programs for the Ontario Bar Association and contributes regularly to texts including Estate Litigation and The Annotated Ontario Estates Statutes. In 2010 he received the Hoffstein Book Prize Award for his contributions to the OBA's Wills, Trusts and Estates section, and he has been named one of the Best Lawyers in Canada in Estates and Trusts every year since 2015.
