About Nikhil

Nikhil Mukherjee has practised with Rogerson Law Group since being called to the bar in 2021, with an emphasis on civil litigation involving deceaseds' estates. He appeared in the Court of Appeal defeating an appeal in a will challenge (Roe v Roe, 2024 ONCA 179) and is developing an opinion-writing practice focused on property disputes, trusts, and closely held corporations. He holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and can assist French speakers.
