About Greg

Greg Wu is a founding partner of Freedman Benipal Wu LLP, bringing more than a decade of experience to the firm's real estate and lending practice. He handles sales and purchases of residential and commercial property, mortgage financing and refinancing, and title transfers, and he advises lenders on power of sale and mortgage enforcement. His practice also extends to wills, powers of attorney for property and personal care, and family trust and estate planning. Wu serves clients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and for more than twelve years before co-founding the firm he ran his own law practice in Markham, handling files end to end across the GTA.
