About Phillipa
Phillipa Goddard was called to the bar in 2013 and has built her practice around estate litigation. She works closely with clients to resolve disputes and advocate for their rights, taking a communication-focused approach so clients understand the legal principles at play. Phillipa handles will challenges, power of attorney and estate trustee conflicts, and disagreements that arise during estate administration, and she regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, with additional appearances before the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She also represents clients through negotiations, settlement discussions, and mediations aimed at reaching timely, cost-effective resolutions.
