About Felice
Felice C. Kirsh is a partner at Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP who has practised estate litigation for almost 40 years. She takes a practical, pragmatic approach to complex estate disputes, advocating firmly for clients while supporting them through the stress that litigation brings. She also conducts mediations across Ontario, applying an assertive style to help parties reach workable solutions. Felice graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1986. She has been named one of the Best Lawyers in Canada in that specialty every year since 2008, along with a consistent Lexpert ranking. She frequently speaks and writes on estate law topics, including limitation periods in will challenges and spousal claims under the Family Law Act, and previously served on the board of Trails Youth Initiatives.
