About Bernadine

Bernadine Abella-Chua founded BAC Law Professional Corporation after practising law in the Philippines for more than ten years, building experience in litigation and client advisory. She holds a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University and studied chemical engineering at the University of the Philippines before earning an accounting degree from Miriam College. After moving to Canada, she completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor by the Law Society of Ontario. She worked as an accountant and payroll administrator for five years and holds a Payroll Compliance Professional credential. Her practice today covers employment law, immigration, wills and estates, and real estate.
