About Lisa
Lisa Fenech has practised for several years at Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP, focusing on estate litigation. She takes a pragmatic approach, recognizing that these cases carry emotional weight alongside their legal complexity, and she has consistently reached successful resolutions for clients both in and out of court. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2010 with high distinction, winning the St. Michael's Foundation Scholarship among other awards, and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013, receiving the Charles Edward Woodrow award for academic achievement. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 and articled as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, researching and drafting memoranda for judges. She has been recognized as a 'One to Watch' in the Estates and Trusts category by Best Lawyers in Canada, and she is fluent in Maltese.
